Labor law - is an independent branch of law that represents a body of law governing the employment relationship of workers and employers, as well as closely related other relationships. The main regulations that govern the employment relationship are the Labor Code, the laws of Ukraine «On Protection of Labor», «On the wage», «On the procedure for settling collective labor disputes (conflicts)» and others.

Banking and Financial Law 
Legislation in the areas of finance with whom we work can be divided into three groups: the law on banks and banking activities, the joint investment institutions and on the production and circulation of securities. 
The legislation on banking activity begins with the basic laws «On Banks and Banking», «On the National Bank of Ukraine», «On the payment system, and transferring money» and ends with a multitude of subordinate legislation, sponsored by, in most cases, the National Bank of Ukraine. Our experience in this area of financial rights is the most significant. We have practice taking care of banking institutions and their owners in the establishment of banks increasing their capital to the new standards; participate in audits of banks and the appeal of sanctions National Bank, State Commission on Securities and Stock Market. The most telling scene is when our lawyers Karagodin Snezhana and Lesya Samarina proved in court the misuse of the National Bank of sanctions to KAB « Slavjanskij » amounting to more than 39 million hryvnia. 
We had to assist in the many transactions to raise financing for banks and credit transactions between banks and their clients, hold a few dozen processes for the recognition of invalid contracts of loan, mortgage and surety. 
For several years, we have served the institutions of joint investment and cooperation with them, our constant partner in the care system is a group of financial investment company «Altus», one of the most successful in Ukraine. Also, we have served operation of emission and circulation of securities (shares, bonds).
